Cairo — Saqqara & The Giza Plateau
After breakfast, departure for the visit of the Saqqara Necropolis: the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the Royal Pyramids, the funerary texts, the mastabas… Lunch during the visits. In the afternoon, visit of the Giza Plateau: the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Return to the hotel. Service quality: private car transfer, private multilingual guide (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German), lunch during the Cairo tour, entrance tickets to sites included. Cairo — Grand Egyptian Museum & Islamic Quarter
After breakfast, departure for the visit of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (founded in 1857 by French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette). Lunch during the visits. In the afternoon, visit of the Mohamed Ali Mosque within the Saladin Citadel and discovery of the covered souks of Khan El Khalili. Return to the hotel. Breakfast. Departure by private car to Alexandria. Arrival around 11:00. Visit of Alexandria: Visit of Fort Qaitbay and the Roman Theatre. Lunch during the visits. Transfer to the hotel in Alexandria. Free afternoon in Alexandria. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Alexandria — Library & Catacombs
Breakfast. Free morning in Alexandria. In the afternoon; continuation of visits in Alexandria, visit of the New Library of Alexandria and visit of the famous catacombs. Lunch during the visits. At the end of the day, return to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Cairo. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Cairo — Final Departure
Breakfast. Depending on flight schedule, transfer to the airport, flight to Europe.
